Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no threshold. The cost is already in the price.

Processing: 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery: most orders arrive 3 to 8 business days after you order, processing included.

Most pieces ship from a US warehouse. If a piece ships from overseas, its product page says so, and it can take 4 to 10 business days after processing. Either way you get a tracking number when it leaves. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating, which is normal.

We ship within the United States only.

If we can't fill your order

We don't hold our own inventory. Occasionally a size or letter runs out between your order and our warehouse. If that happens we cancel and refund you in full within 2 business days, and email you to say so. We won't substitute a different item or leave you waiting on a restock without asking first.
